you could use a high thixothropic resin, basically thicker!, please forgive my spelling as I don't use the thixo.... word often, you can also buy plastic strengthening profiles from any decent fibreglass shop and could try hotmelt gluing the profiles to the inside of the roof before glassing. A suitably wide fibreglass tape would be easier to handle upside down as well. Good luck with the job Caraparker
ps to everybody posting. perhaps the tech stuff section of the forum could be kept relativly crap free unlike, most of the other sections, then more than the usual 20% would actually bother posting replys and questions.
