We'll be there, too. Looks like the powered sites might already be used up, never mind. Look forward to a lovely spot, and good company. Frances and Peter

Hope we are not too late. Please book us in for a powered site for the duration for our Sunliner and 2 adults if available. No pets. Any chance of being close to the Humptys? Really looking forward to these Nationals. Missed the one at Broken Hill as overseas but loved Cowra Nationals. Cheers The Shagnastys.

Frances would also like to register her interest in attending the 2016 Nationals. Sounds like a good excuse to extend for a holiday in a part of the country we rarely go. Looking forward to it. Frances

G,day Murray, Great to see that you are coming to the Nationals. Be prepared to be invaded from early Feburary as we have five vintage and classic vans coming over to Tassie and touring around and then back onto the big island and travelling onto the Nationals. See you on the road. Cheers Bob and Jacqui. Jug is always on for forum members !!! Make sure you put seven mile beach cabin park into you itinerary when staying near Hobart (i'm almost next door) www.hobartcaravanpark.com.au/

Hi I'm a new member. Ive been trying to work out how to use this site for ages. Hopefully I have worked it out. We have booked in to the caravan park at South West Rocks for the nationals. We have a Viscount Duralvan that we are working on and hopefully it will be completed by then looking forward to meeting other van owners. Not sure of procedures or if I am supposed to notify anyone in particular. We are going on the tag along from Cowra and have booked into all the listed parks. Perhaps someone will let me know if there is anything else I need to do other than turn up. Lindy

G'day everyone, Well Mum and Dad have decided to come to the Nationals this year. They've booked in and realise that some of the events have been fully booked so they're happy just to go with flow and look forward to seeing everyone.

Hi all, I've just purchased an Olympic Riviera and Will be coming to the Event at South West Rocks on the Saturday and Sunday. My Question is, Can I bring my Classic car that's on concessional Rego to the event..
Many thanks Sam

G'day Sam,
When you say your car is on 'concessional Rego' I assume it is owned by an eligible pensioner, if that is the case you can use as if it is on ordinary full rego.
If it is on 'Historic plates' that's a different kettle of fish, talk to your club officials and your insurance company.
That's my understanding of the situation, open for discussion if others think differently.
Cobber.

Hi Sam, l presume it is a conssesion 404 on your car l am in W.A it might be the same over there. If it an affiliated or reconised club event yes but as vintage caravan forum is NOT a club and not a club event I will say no. I was on a 404 until last week For me to go I had to get my car fully licensed and change my insurance to but still as a part time drive. Graeme.
