HI Dave The window rubber is called "H" rubber two types. One a straight H put in with venetion blind cord and use sope and water for lubricant . Second type has an insert to set it in place but you require a special tool to put the insert in and these are expencive again use soap and water as a lubricant.Both types of rubber and the tool are avaliable from Fitch The Rubber Man P O Box92 Hindmarsh S A 5007 PH 08-83465193 Speak to Colin Stagg

Many thanks for the pics, it is identical to the one in my backyard, the roof has perished but I should be able to replace it, I believe it was towed from Melbourne some 10 years ago and has been out in the weather for the past 10 years.regards Stuart
