We have a total of 15 vans booked.
Anyone concerned about the cold, the park management have arranged a fire drum and wood.
We still have a few seats left on the cruise, I will PM all members attending a list of those who have specifically indicated their interest, if you are not on that list and wish to go on the cruise please let me know, it will be first in first served until all seats are filled.
Friday evening Meet and greet BBQ at the caravan park BYO meat and drinks. To share - Van registration ending in odd number– salad, even – sweet
Saturday night Dinner and dancing - Club Barham What a bonus, I have just been advised that Issi Dye is the performer, should fit in well with our vintage theme!! A music comedy show should be lots of fun. No cover charge applies. I have managed to secure seating very close to the stage, equivalent to “front row seats”. Will need to confirm numbers but to date a tentative booking has been made for all that have indicated they will be attending the weekend. Courtesy bus to and from the Club.
Sunday Evening As a number of people have extended their stay until Monday I have been in discussions to try and arrange a local charity/sports club/community organization to provide a casserole type meal in the caravan parks recreation rooms. Confirmation of numbers interested in this option is required ASAP.
Raffle I am not into selling raffle tickets but several local businesses have provided items suitable for raffle prizes. As a sign of appreciation and in support of the local community you will need to purchase your own raffle tickets. Over the weekend if you buy anything in Barham keep the receipt, write your name on the back and place it in the box I will provide. Winners will be drawn Sunday evening. Thank you to everyone for your interest, please check you PM’s

Welcome on board Mel. You are van number 17, on the cancellation list for the cruise (unless they have a bigger boat), all others covered. Now all we need to do is pray for good weather.

We have been a member of the site for sometime. We don't own a vintage Van, however enjoy following the many and varied van and car restorations on the site. We have booked an onsite cabin for the Saturday night. If there is space available we would like to book for the dinner. However if we are too late ,no problem we will make our own arrangements. regards Malcolm
