Hi Jenno,
Looks like a 55 or 56 Caddilac limousine to me. Probably known under some specific model name, like "Fleetwood", but I'm not a Caddy specialist. I will be corrected by those in the know I believe.

There is also an article with photos about Cowra in July's issue of Caravan World magazine (David just informed this has been mentioned elsewhere on the forum).
