Looking at organising a caravan weekend down to there soon. I have other pictures it is amazing the quantity of stuff he has, even caravans, cars, tractors, and anything old

A couple of weeks back we went to a clearing sale to try and bid on this Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedCame home without that but full of other stuff, dad bough this that I imagine is rare, It's available if anyone is interested, it's a pre production advertising book, for 1946 for the FX Attachment DeletedHave to love a good clearing sale, the other one I ended up at a while back was full of clocks and radios, these are what I brought home, there were thousands of clocks and radios for all makes, luckily I ran out of cash on the day Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted |

That BSA twin port ( red bike /gold tank badge) looks vaguely familiar...ex Reddo stock
Was it at place called Vineyard... near Windsor NSW??

Reddo No it's down in Sale, the guy is setting up a museum of everything old, one corner is an old toy shop, another a service station, kitchen area , tractors, caravan/camping area etc. Extremely well done, massive setup and huge buildings etc. would be a great place to visit on a tour! He buys a lot of big collections to get the few bits he wants so has lots to trade etc. he was looking for another bondwood to display, about to let him know about our country club. I realised I'm out of room  |

He thinks its probably fair to stick it on eBay at the price he paid and let it get what is a fair price as there have been a few ask |

Hi, if its any use for parts etc, we are doing a road trip in the truck from Melbourne-Nooriopta SA- Pooraka- Gawler- Peterborough and home through Mildura.
Taking a car over and returning with half a f600 truck plus 1.2 kilometres of retro alloy table edging as seen at Hungry Jacks stores. Plenty of room for parts if anyone needs stuff moved.
The new owner of the aluminium says he will happily sell lengths separately down the track.

Enjoying the variety of items on the thread, that boat-tail looks great. Have thought about doing this with a '57 Bedford we have, mainly for use as my race car transporter - not really enough work in Perth for it to be commercially viable. Oooo - just noticed that SA collection - what a gold mine, hmmm, I have to go over to SA soon |
