Gents the building is called "The Penny Royal" and the bridge crosses over at the enterance to the gorge. If you visited the gorge where the chairlift is ( main sight ) you wouldn't see it as it is futher downstream!
Gypsy10 I may see you in Devonport over Easter ' Cheers Andrew

Hi All Thanks for the comment on the photo. I like to get out and around on foot to do a bit of photography when we tour - and I couldn't resist the colours that day. Yes the building is the Penny Royal, and it's right near Kings. I thought that if I just showed the bridge it would all be too easy for you all - its hard to hold off a right answer for more than an hour. Next time I'm going to just put a picture of a tree. Guess that! Cheers Seeshell

Sorry Foxy, not Fitzroy Falls but you are heading in the right direction and you would be a lot closer when you get to Bomaderry.

Further south shesgotthelook, it's not on a river, just a creek.

Looks like shesgotthelook gets the cigar. Tianjara Falls it is on the Braidwood Road between Nowra and Nerriga. It's now a lovely tarred road which was disappointing as I was looking forward to the dirt road. The Yarramunmun Creek is the source. When I visited a large goanna was sun baking across the path and would only move on when I uttered the pass word, some unseemly words accompanied with appropriate gestering.
Maybe you have a 'tree of significance' to post?

Ok, fingers crossed you are all distracted with Easter & I may last more than a day! This was a post card sent to me by my mother circa 1978 when she went to care for her sick parents. Apparently we had stayed here when I was even younger but I don't remember it

Might it be Tenterfield? I camped there years ago with a tent and had a hard time finding a spot to drive the pegs in!
Happy Easter.

I think lots of you will have been here but to make it a little more interesting, apart from the location, I want to know what the building is and it's claim to fame.

We'll I'm pretty sure it is the peak, or as far as you can go of Mt Kosiosko..........but the building??? I don't want to win this anyway as I have had a bit of a computer problem and lost most of my photos....... Hope this might be a good starter eh!
