I'm looking forward to the story behind this one!! That late 50s Vauxhall Victor, with the flash to match the caravans would have been a sight on the road with a van.

Reddo, yes your powers of deduction are on the Money! Tassie it is ! But where! Humpyboy, no not out the front of my place but it's in my town Ulverstone so I'll give it to you or Reddo whoever gets in first! Would love it if they were outside my place!!! Could retire on the portholes alone! Keep your eye in the memorabilia section and it'll be explained! Its over to you Humpyboy.. I guessed the state.. You guessed the town Regards Reddo

Looks like a machine gun nest and observation tower.... at the pre-school mum sent me to... Hey.. I came up in a tough neighbourhood.... They even had "pedalcar" and "scooter" jackings back then. You could walk three city blocks ... and still be at the scene of the crime Meanwhile I have downloaded the first picture and have that little info plate ( bottom right corner) under the microscope trying to read the information.. Alcatraz?? ....Wait a minute...that was the name of the preschool !!!! Reddo
