Hi
Not long to go, our car is still not yet ready, no surprise!! we have been waiting over a month for parts. It's Steve B'day Sunday so I would like to do something, don't want to jump out a cake in my allgether, might put you all off your fish & chips so I would like to supply some cakes for desert on Saturday night.
Thanks
Sharon

Looking forward to getting up there sometime Friday night. I rang the park today Banno and they said you would have my gate card.
I overtook caddishack heading north on the gateway today so looks like they are one of the first to get there. Rollydog

Perfect weather up here at Maroochydore and a great group of people and vans. Some new members to meet and new vans to admire and Swell Willys has presented the now more custom Sunliner towed by the equally impressive Val. The forthcoming photos will show what a great variety of vans we have up here now. Good job organising this one Banno. Rollydog

Thanks again everyone for a great weekend. So many new faces and vans to mingle with. It was good to see the Bannos in such good spirits after there recent accident no.2. and to have a fellow VV member loan them a car just shows what a caring and generous bunch of mates we have. It brought a tear to the eyes when Banno made his short speech on Saturday night. Lisa's new van magazine debut was a hit and the pink bubbly helped with the celebrations. A bonus for us was Diannes ute ran perfect with the new 253 making the tow much easier. The only drama we had was snapping the jockey wheel off the teardrop. Thanks for the lift Doug. See you all next time. Cheers John and Dianne.

Hi all,
Yet another great gathering of Vintage Vans, really enjoyed this one, so many vans to see, so many interesting people to mingle with and not nearly enough time to do it all.
Thanks to Bannos for all their hard work, great to be there for the launch of the Vintage Caravan Magazine too.
Cheers retro64

Gidday Guys, well what a great weekend. We have only just arrived home from our weekend trip. We did a detour to check out our project. All is looking great. On behalf of Joey and Myself I would like to thank All that took part in this great weekend. It was jam packed with doing nothing. l just loved it. This VV family is got to be the Closest Family Group around. And a BIG thank you to Clyde & Barb. The Commodore towed the Sunny Very well. Hope everyone had a ball, I did. As for the Griddle Cakes. I hope All the Mothers were happy with the Love Heart Griddles along with the Rasberries & Whipped Cream they tasted even better than the normal ones.
