G'day Gang, While staying at Pardoo WA recently we had the pleasure of meeting Barbara Winser who just walked up after seeing our van, and introduced herself........BLEW me away .......and what a fascinating woman she is. I spoke to her over the next two days about her father, his vans, cars and their many long trips away in them over the years. Barbara has a lot of ''history'' relating to her father, in many forms, of which i only saw a little......and it's about to get sorted, a big job, but it would be something i'd certainly like to see one day. We'll be keeping in touch...... sure is one very interesting woman . Barbara is currently travelling the country on here own in her troop carrier and windsor caravan.....how different from yesteryear, but she likes a little comfort these days ;D Kingy

G'day Kingy, Did Barbara mention being harassed by a couple of pesky blokes from the vintage caravan forum a couple of years ago Not as good as meeting her in person, lucky you. Cobber.

So it was you doing the harassing Cobber.........she told me all about it ;D It was a real pleasure meeting her, it seemed a little strange though speaking to a woman who knows more about vintage vans, their construction, builders, than a lot of blokes do. Barbara must have taken a keen interest in her fathers career........could've listened to her for many more hours Kingy

Kingy This is a great thing for all of us, the history, & the books that embody everything that we enjoy & are passionate about, how good is this be to be speaking to this lady. I would definitely be interested in helping some way to have this history catalogued & ultimately to have ownership of a quality book/books, or series of magazines from start to finish on everything Keith Winser wrote. I would certainly like to see this happen. ST
