G'day Geoff and Paparazzi, Received my 2010 calendar the other day thank you.... very pleased with it. These are calendars that I bet nobody throws in the rubbish bin at the end of the year, they are keepsakes..... photos to be looked at and admired over and over, we sure are lucky to have them available each year Cobber.

Bit off topic here, but I was just curious who gets the job of choosing the vans for the calender? Also how are the vans picked for the calender? With all the current fantstic vans on here it must be a tough job to choose just 12! . Plus all the exciting resto's going on here all the time will make sure there are always plenty to choose from in the future!

Hi JBJ,
And I thought no-one would notice Izzy on the front cover! Glad she's happy to be there. Although I avoid owner shots in the calendar, you can find a few other people hidden in the pics. It's a bit like Where's Wally?
For March you should just be able to see Mark T. That's Mr & Mrs Snail in the windsreen for July. Gem's elbow for September - and Brad & Gem in the windscreen. That's all that I could spot.
Cheers, Paparazzi

Hi Andrew 82,
Yes, I see a lot of fantastic vans every year. But by the time I choose ones that meet my selection criteria (clean photos with no junk/shadows/modern vans/etc in backround; a good mix of different brands, etc; preferably with classic car; and so on), it usually comes down to about 10-14 suitable vans. And of course I need to have 12 for each calendar.
If there's too few, I hassle Mark T to get a van out of his shed so I can take pics. And if there's too many, he gets to vote on which one or two to leave out. But it's never easy.

Hi Geoff, Finally got to pick my calendar up from my friends house - thanks for posting it. Keith and Sue have done a great job - yet again, much thanks. Wow what a great surprise to have my van on the front cover together with JBJ & Boots Lucille and Lyn & Ob Sunliner. ;D ;D The photo was taken at Tallebudgera, yet another lovely SEQ event. Thanks to all involved, your efforts are much appreciated. Regards Di
