Great research work Cobber .......its 1959 ish !! The owners name is Carlson, he was given it as part payment for some work he did for somebody, and he has no idea of its origination. He thought he was being given a tool trailer, but when he got it home and opened it up, he discovered its no tool trailer At least he has the sense not to butcher it, and wants to sell it to somebody who will appreciate it ......it owes him about a grand in labour. It'd be great behind a Euro car ...... Ph Carlson .........0401897997 Mark

All this English friend can add is that at some time is was towed by a British car that was first registered in Coventry between January and July 1967.
Our caravans and trailers are not registered in their own right, you just put a number plate on that is the same as the towcar.

Hi Brian,
So do you have to pay any extra on your cars rego to be able to tow a van ?
Just wondering??
Sorry to Mark for going off topic.

Terry
Not a penny is paid for the caravan or on the car tax! Nor do we have any inspection on the caravan.
Hope our Government don't read this or it may give them ideas!
