G'day All My first thoughts where "Tram" too. The top at the front and rear definitley look like they have come straight off a melbourne tram. Love the louver windows. Dunno about having the crapper inside. Could be a bit of a problem if ya halfway through cookin' and someone comes in and decides its time to "Go". You'd want a bloody good exhaust fan eh!!!!.
Seems like a lota good ideas in only 12 foot.
Cheers Reddo

G'Day and Happy New Year All. Just read the article from the paper. Whoooooooaaaaaa $15,000. ?? Ladies and gentlemen what are we doing going to work each day?? Why aren't we out there making a living selling vans 30 years old +. You would only have to sell a few each year. Naa just kidding. Old vans - better than money in the bank I say. Reddo

Spoke to the people at ABBA the other day and this little van is now on the market as of saturday gone. They want $3000 firm for it. We will have to go to the back of the line due to buying property instead and cant afford this little cutie boohoo.
regards Gemma

Hi. Cool van! I assume from reading some of those names, that it is located in WA. A little far to go for me. I am looking for something unusual & that fits the bill! I don't suppose anyone is coming for a spin to TAS in the near future? Trev? ;D Hope it goes to a good home. Rob J

Will and Lyn are very happy to announce the arrival of another little vintage van ;D ;D ;D ;D Brad and Gemma found the van, but unfortunately couldnt go through with its purchase due to their new property they have purchased in Bridgetown. This is how it unfolded for us: Greg Tuck's wife saw the van being registered at the transport department in Armadale .... Noelene rang Greg and Greg rang me. I went to the transport centre and we found who owned it ..... it was ABBA Caravans in Rockingham. At this stage we didnt know it was the same van as Gemma posted. You can imagine my surprise when I saw it .... we checked the net and yep the same van dropped from 15000 to 3000 dollars ..... like my Daughter Lisa used to say "just write a cheque Dad"....... like the money drops in from thin air !! But the van is unbelievable, it is all Aluminium in great condition. So into the holiday account we went. I just had buy this very rare piece of vintage Van history. Commiserations Brad and Gem, it had to be ours ... my initials are on the door and a picture of a virgo sitting on the table when we went inside. Check out this van under "General" posted by brad n gem under cute van. ;D whos a happy boy now ;D ;D ;D ;D
