The second caravan we renovated is a Murrumba Star (1969). We replaced some rotted/ damaged ply walls and in a couple of areas butted the ply and filled the gaps with Parfix acrylic gap filler (this method had worked well with our Franklin reno). Not so good withe Star, perhaps there is more movement in the frame than the Franklin? Anyway, looking for suggestions as to the best materials/ methods to fix the cracking, on both flush surfaces and corners. (sorry, can't manage to insert pics)

I've used plastic trims from bunnings for joins and corners of ply surfaces.
The flush edge joiners have a "H" shape cross section. Thus the flange permits 10mm or more of movement on the joints without popping out of place.
If there's more movement than this it would indicate something a bit more suspicious in the supporting structures which would require investigation and correction.
