Hi Sotremba,
Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your van.
Twocutekelpies has compiled a register for Millard vans, and based on your van's serial number and the style of the van, it was produced in 1976, and I'm guesstimating around April.
Just to explain the guesstimate, the register lists a van with serial number 4466? as being produced on 23 March 1976, and a van with serial number 46000 being produced on 15 June 1976. That means that Millard was producing around 112 vans a week at that point (assuming they were produced at a steady rate), so your van would have been produced about three weeks after the first mentioned van.
If ever you have cause to remove the cladding off the front of your van, you may find the production date in pencil underneath.
