Sorry Gerry but we have been very busy of late. Attended two National Vauxhall rallies in April (pre 1930 group and VOCA) which clashed with the Vintage Caravan Nationals. Also missed Bridgewater as Karon's mum was crook in hospital.
We took the Clipper away for Queens birthday, had a few days in Nagambie.
I recognise a lot of what you have uncovered from when I did mine. Looks like most of your frame was good, just cleaning all that up and painting makes it look so much better and now you have some new skin going back on it must feel like you are actually making progress.
I am glad you went down the track of replacing the ply which had been used last time, the result is going to be so much better than what you started out with.
Hope to catch up somewhere soon.
Leigh.

Look forward to a chat soon. My frame was actually really bad in a few places. You can see the rotted frame in part one of the resto photos.
I've changed about 90 % of the frame
Cheers
