The progress so far I am bouncing of several jobs depending on the weather Have done some sanding in the bathroom [yah possible lead paint] and started to clean the alloy bath surrounds with the battery drill and a red nylon wheel from Bunnings has cut my work down in cleaning the aluminium Pulled the dolly wheel apart to change the bearings clean off the rust and old paint and repaint. The nuts that hold the bolts for the swing arms have seen better days might have to replace I don't think I can reuse them

HI Aussieute,
Great to see that the work on the 30 foot Jennison is progressing.
It is a massive beast isn't it? I was really struck by the hatch - it alone is more than 1 1/2 times the length of our van which was considered to be a large van in its time!

Looking fantastic Chris can't wait to see it in the flesh. The 22' hatch blows me away Does it wind up at each end...you'd need muscles on your muscles to lift it!? regards Jenno

No Jenno is is going to be a lift up still working on the mechanism might need springs to assist putting five Sets of brackets to help spread the load over the roof and probably use lift bars like on 17 ft jennison cheers chris
