Hi all Just wondering what glass people are installing into their windows? Mine takes 3mm by the looks but should it be regular glass , safety or Don’t want in cracking ad we go down the road !! Cheers ted

3mm is a very common glass size in caravans. I would use standard glass or uv resistant polycarbonate sheet. Any sort of glass is likely to be damaged by stones but the polycarbonate is much less likely to be damaged.

Our Viscount has 15 windows. After I used 3mm glass in the first two windows the weight was a surprise so I switched to Lexan. The weight saving must be enormous.
