Hello Could anyone help with I D please. We have taken the coupling off the front of our caravan and found this number 6409V427 i don’t know what it reffers too any help appreciated thanks

Sunliner serial numbers can be tricky to interpret because they seemed to use a couple of different systems over time, however yours is reasonably straightforward I think.
'6409' means it was built in September 1964, and '427' means that it's the 427th Sunliner built. I haven't seen a 'V' in a Sunliner serial number before that I can remember - usually it's an 'X'. But the 'V' may indicate that it's a Victory model.
