Hi, anyone had any joy finding authentic paint colours for their caravan ?

Not sure what your question really is. If you have the colour card and take it to any reputable paint place, they will match whichever one you want.

Bunnings or any paint store can colour match any colour. Just take a sample with you e.g. a cupboard door.

If anyone is interested you can get most of these colours from Dulux remixed if they look them up on the computer as pre 1990 colours. The colour matching device isn’t very accurate and only finds matches with post 1990 colours.

Making any paint colour has nothing to do with the dates they were used. That is a fashion change. A good paint shop can match any colour under the sun from any era. There can be problems with highly shiny items such as tiles, if you want to match a colour off them. But even then, a good paint mixer can copy those manually.

Ours was cream with a lot of imperfections, so we decided to paint it charcoal and it looks good we think anyway
