Oh sorry, I've put up my last two photos as an attachment, should we not be using that option? I will check out Flicker and Postimage.

Hi Roybeth, The forum has only limited scope to post photos via the 'Attachment' button, and we are currently close to the limit. AND photos posted as an attachment disappear within a period of a few months, and as a result are lost to the forum. So for those reasons we ask that people post photos via Postimage or Flickr or one of the other online photo hosting websites. You've probably seen the new post to help you learn to use Postimage or Flickr here? The technique is basically the same as it was for Photobucket, and you conquered that, so I'm sure you'll be able to adapt to one of the new methods. By the way, you'll find that I have already recovered and restored the photos you posted in the Down History Lane section using Photobucket. I have been working my way through all the posts in that section restoring everyone's Photobucket photos. They are such an important resource that the moderating team felt that that task should be carried out Don Ricardo

Using Flickr to post photos on the forumThe HOW DO I POST PHOTOS ON THE FORUM? thread is locked, so I've added some info here to try and help people understand the process of using Flickr to post photos on this forum... 1. After you have uploaded your photos to Flickr, choose each photo in turn that you want to post on the forum. As each photo shows on your screen, click on the Share arrow down in the bottom right corner... 2. Wait for the screen to change, and follow these steps... 3. Switch to the forum post page where you want to post your picture... 4. If you wish, you can preview your pictures/information before posting to the forum... When you are happy with how everything looks, click the [Create Post] button in the bottom right corner of the forum page. cheers, Al.

Thanks Al. My initial problem in my Franklin Fibreglass post, where I couldnt upload my pics, was that I followed Richards original post on posting photos using my TABLET not a Laptop. Thats why I got nowhere and confused. Once I went back and reread the Help Page, I worked it out. BUT still missed the hint on posting multiple photos. Its all a learning curve and all the help and advice is truly appreciated by someone like me who doesnt have great computer knowledge. Cheers.
