Most probably Late HD/HR Holden. PCD 5 on 107.95 mm (4.25").
The earlier 13" have a flatter Lump between the Studs, However they will all fit on a Caravan.
The Late HD-HR are have slightly more room inside the rim to allow for the use of Front Disc.

hi Darren, I have done this research with my van. My original wheels were 13 inch HD,Hr drum brake or commercial rims. They were riveted together and the tyres were 6.50 x 6.50 x 13 light truck (ie 100% aspect ratio 6 ply tyres) We used these tyres for a couple of trips but I felt they were becoming unsafe because of small cracks appearing. I measured the rolling circumference of the old wheels and tyres before getting replacements. From memory all the 13 inch light truck tyres available now are small, with a low aspect ratio, and this will make your van sit very low. When connected to your tow vehicle The equivalent size in rolling circumference equates to a 15 inch wheel with a light truck tyre. New Sunraysias in 5x108 (Holden stud pattern) seem to be only made as a 14 inch not 15 inch diameter. I also found the HT wheels offered aftermarket by the tyre shops today, have a different offset to the old wheels that will make the track narrower.on the van. I would suggest you do some homework before buying old used wheels and tyres. The old Holden car rims are riveted together which can fail with sustained increased loads a single axle van will impart on the rim. can you please advise the GVM of your van as a Holden type axle has a maximum rating of 1000kgs per axle? The tyre load rating also has to exceed the van GVM. Its unlikely car tyres will have sufficient load rating, hence requiring commercial, van or light truck tyres. Please let me know if you want me to continue with more information as it took me about 6 months of research and measuring. It sounds as if we have very similar vans. regards Alex
