Another Old Dadswell weekend done & dusted. Numbers well down unfortunately, I think mainly due to the rain & freezing cold conditions. A big thankyou to Max & Jenny who host these weekends for us for free & feed us all on the Friday night, provide Devonshire tea on the Saturday, provide guided bush walks & entertainment. They really are an incredible pair. Tell all your friends looking for a quirky weekend away in the Grampians to look them up & consider having family reunions, club runs etc at Old Dadswell Town. Max & Jenny's Wayfarer with toilet under the dinette! Angus's Viscount Michelle's incredible Carapark restoration & her maiden voyage. That's Wiffie (Kingfisher Cam's wife) & young John helping to put up the awning. A lovely example of an Ambassador A Rowvan Mike & Lyn's teardrop Marcus & Alison's 'Audrey' SGTL's 1947 homebuilt 'Rita Eileen' Gave the lantern a run, lovingly restored by forum member 'Akeepsake' Cooking up a storm

Thankyou so much Jenny and Max for yet another great weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed catching up with old friends and spending a great time enjoying your cabins. Although we missed having Bessie with us and plan to have Bessie (our van) next year.

Jen,
Tell Max he has to think very seriously about his outfit for Geelong Revival - he can borrow but not steal - tell him to bring the saw for hand over - I am only doing Sunday but we can go up together from Anglesea or whatever works - tell him to get his entry in - am hoping Bert will be back on the road by then. Serious competition this year. Hope all well in Ol' Dadswell's
❤️😄
