Watch out that nobody tries to grab you thinking you're a pumpkin and starts to roll you down the hill, Clyde!!

Ha Ha.......no worries there Ray!! Had a great trip out to Goomeri. Two hour drive towing with the 'new' tow car. '04 WK Statesman 5.7 L V8 with 4 speed auto. Returned about 16/17L per hundred km towing the 15' Aerolight in her new colours. Stopped off at the little township of Kilkinan for some antique/collectable therapy. Saturday morning was 'coolish' with a light frost Sunday morning a little cooler!!! Deb and Stan (Marilyn) provided some welcome comfort with their little Pig oven/heater/cooker. Meggsie stayed warm snuggled up inside the Aerolight!! Over 250 stalls in the main street but the highlight is the Pumpkin Roll down Policemans Hill. Several hundred punters pay $7 each to try their luck in an attempt to have their pumpkin land nearest to the secret spot and win $1000. These lads entered into the spirit of the event with gusto! An estimated crowd of about 15000 attended the festival. All in all a great fun weekend.

Thank you for the reporting, looks to be a hoot of a weekend, 15000, where did they all stay? Your van looks a treat, good mileage by the Holden.

The Aerolite looks beautiful!!!! One day the Sutcacs are going to make a very hard decision. The best of ply and the best of fiberglass . A very big call.
