Hi, Where do you find large sheets of ply? I did find some 10'x5' in Newcastle but its not exterior, B grade glue. I was hoping to not join as I want to clear it. Thanks Peter.

You can buy any size ply you want in Melbourne. Leigh maybe able to help you as he replaced the sides of his caravan with full sheets. Cheers

The only way you can get "large sheets" of ply is to have the standard 8' x 4' sheets scarfed together. That's what Sportsman1 did for the sides of his Clipper van. You can read about it in his thread, from this post down to about three posts below it. You'll see it cost him about $700 to have the material made back in 2010, so it's not cheap. cheers, Al.
