1966 WESCO Heavy Duty mechanical override 50mm ball coupling in very good condition with all pieces in place including original park brake lever and ball release handle catch. Internal return spring is like new. Has come off a van that has done no work and was stored undercover its whole life. Needs a couple of layers of paint removed (from an overzealous original owner) and would pass as new out of the box. Fitted electric brakes and rigid coupling to my pride and joy and don't need the Wesco coupling anymore.

If it's a 1966 version I doubt it would be 50mm. More likely 1 7/8" or 2"?

Correct. Should have been 2 inch ball as when my van was built they were still manufacturing on the imperial scale. The coupling may very well fit a 2 inch ball, I haven't seen one for quite a while Is a nice fit on a 50mm ball though I did have a few pics posted of it but they have disapeared from the site.
