Hi Vans looking good. Can I ask what did you use to seal the edges together? I tried builders bog as recommended it but didn't work, notice some people have aluminium strips down the side but I didn't want to make holes. Have used a metal filler it is a base and hardener like body filler i will find out name tomorrow it is made for filling large dents as it won't crack like body filler hope this helps cheers chris

Koala Most of the timber is rotted with water and age on the sides so i am trying to use as templates to rebuild it the same as it was once cheers chris
