We recently purchased an old 1978 Viscount Supreme Caravan which needs some tender loving care. It appears that it had bunks, but they are missing apart form 2 blocks of wood on the wall, each with grooves in them. We are needing to know how the bunks go together and are attached. It would be great if anyone has some photos or could tell us how to attached the bunks.

G'day richchris, and welcome to this forum! Your best bet is to pop over to our sister forum for Classic Caravans built in the 1970s, and post your question over there. That's where all the '70s expertise is. You can register over there using the same username that you've used here. Click on this link: Classic Caravans forumWhen you do post over there, have the chassis number of your van handy, to confirm it is indeed a 1978 model. Look for the chassis number on the drawbar near the jockey wheel. If the van is a '78 Supreme, the chassis number will start with S8 followed by some more numbers, ie. S8xxxxx. cheers, Al.
