G'day DC3Td, A Baby Furness, eh? That's quite an intriguing little van isn't it? There's a Baby Furness in the bottom photo from the 1956 Winser here: Let's see...comparing the van in Winser with the photos of the van on Ebay, same side profile, same camber to the roof (as far as you can tell), same location for the hatch in the roof, same location for the door, window on the near side is in the same position very close to the back corner of the van, same sliding door, same track for the sliding door. The Ebay van also has the same plate on the A-frame as a Furness, and has a Trig coupling... Hmmm...must be a Furness...BUT the windows are not sliders and have aluminium frames instead. Never seen that on a Furness before! Doesn't mean that some of the later models didn't have them though. It would be nice to see the ceiling and the top cupboards - that would be conclusive, but I think the evidence is there. Don Ricardo

Crikey....good luck to him but that asking price must be a new all time VV record!!!! Might have to revise my insurance if he gets that money .... Furness as about as rare as JENNISON pathfinders with only 2 or 3 around!!!! Better bump your policies up keepsake and trodler!! Jeno
