Hi Everyone, I have been stalking this forum for a week and am proud to say I can now join in as I just purchased a bondwood Coronet. I haven't seen inside yet and I can't collect it til next Saturday but she is a little beauty and I can't wait to make her like new. Her chassis number is 864, anyone have any idea what year this would be roughly? From pictures I think going by shape etc she might be one of their final bondwoods made. I thought despite the comments that posting photos wouldn't be that hard but I can't see any signs of how to add them so I guess I will learn that tomorrow. Looking forward to bugging you all for lots of advice and info Happy happy happy Katiekate

Hi Katiekate, Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on the purchase of your Coronet. It's great to have you along for the ride, or perhaps I should say the trip. I've had a look at your van using the following link: s1379.photobucket.com/user/Katiekate58/embed/slideshow/Mobile%20UploadsI'm not sure of the age of the van, but somebody like Hughdeani will probably be able to help you. From memory, the double hopper windows were introduced on caravans around about 1964, so that may indicate that your van is no older than that. Posting photos is a little bit complicated, but you're well on the way because you've already uploaded the photos to Photobucket. You can post individual photos one by one (as opposed to a slide show), by selecting the photo you want to post, copying the link headed IMG Code - which starts with 'IMG' in square brackets - and pasting it into the forum window. Then when you create your post, the photo concerned will display. You can post more than one photo in a post by copying and pasting multiple links to your Photobucket photos. If that's as clear as mud , there are instructions on how to post photos in the'Forum Guidelines & Helpful Hints' section of the forum. We look forward to hearing more about your van once you've collected it. I hope the pick-up goes smoothly and that you have lots of fun with the van. Don Ricardo
