Over here in WA I often "connect" people looking for V V's with people looking to sell them. One such person is Sarah, who phoned me approx. one week following a call from Richard in Keleberrin, about 200 kms east of Perth. Richard runs a museum at an old Holden dealership in Keleberrin, and in his endeavours to find Holden related stock for his project, came across a vintage van. From Sarah: Hi Mark,
Just thought I’d say thanks for getting me in contact with Richard…I bought the van, perfect for what we needed, now sitting in the front yard decked out as an Art Studio…not sure what make it is or anything can’t see any names or logos or anything.
It was a bit of a ‘journey’ picking it up, 1st trip to Kellerberin, failed car trailer trip (van didn’t fit-but brought home an Austin Ute instead), 2nd trip hit a roo (car written off, caught train home, all good new car) and 3rd time lucky towed it home easily with my new car….all good comes to those that wait…
Richard was a lovely guy and I saw lots of cool cars…
Thanks very much for your help, cheers Sarah,
Sarah would also like to identify the van, if anyone can assist, Mark

One hell of a retrieval story there, as for brand I have no idea cos I don't know enough about them but my initial thought when I saw the pic was Baravan simply because of the ally profile, wasn't this used on them?
