Note to self - never never never buy a sun liner with the gel coat removed. if I knew then what I know now

Hi Don, Sutcac and Anita - the gel coat (I am told) supports the fibreglass and so there are ripples on the exterior where the fibreglass flexes - not the mention the cost of spray bogging and topcoat (there were literally millions of pinholes to be filled). You can see the ripples in the starboard side photo above ...
Don, The interior needs to be a reclad - currently she has badly cut and primed MDF. I'm looking to use thin flex-ply to reline - the original hood lining is still there, and I am going to see what we can do to clean it, looks like nicotine stains. Scoobs will be a driveway ornament for the next 3 months as we are away to the top end in our modern jayco, but then the inside will be started on. Thanks for the kind words, she does look good eh!
