Thanks to Boblor for sending me a copy of the final article in the Mildura press on the V V Nationals to post. What a great spread! Sunraysia Daily, 15 May 2010, pp 7 & 19For those that are interested, I understand that copies of the photos used in the articles (as well as the photos taken that weren't used) are available for purchase from the Mildura Weekly and the Sunraysia Daily. Well what can one say that hasn't already been said before? This was my first VV National event, despite having been on this forum since 2004, and I wasn't disappointed. A great bunch of people all round, and it was great to put faces to handles! Just have to remember them all now Thanks to all those who have added pics, they're a great reminder of the week. But I did notice that SOME vintage vans didn't get a pic guernsey, and lucky me managed to get shots of them. So here they are: Yes, they're real and imaginary vintage vans constructed to matchbox size (from memory) by none other than our friends from the west, Loveshack!! Painstaking work to my mind, and just love the diorama of my favourite - the Propert!! Wonder why ;D ;D Ray

G'day Marshy74 and Tubbygra51, Good to hear from both of you after Mildura. Welcome back to the forum to Marshy after a bit of an absence, and welcome to the forum to Tubbygra. You both had great vans at the Nationals - Marshy with your amazing little van in the style of an Erina Puck, and Tubbygra with your elegant, low slung Flynn. Maybe you'd both like to tell us a bit more about your vans and post some pics. I am sure that lots of people would be interested. And I'm still trying to work out how a family of three can fit into Marshy's tiny van! Don Ricardo
