Hi all, I'm planning on taking my VV to Lake Goldsmith next weekend. Do I need to book in or just turn up? Hope to meet a few of you there, Cheers, Neil.

Hi Neil, You will need to register for the Lake Goldsmith rally as detailed in the following post by Cobber: LAKE GOLDSMITH STEAM RALLYLooking at the Lake Goldsmith web site the other day I found they have a exhibitor Registration form there. I rang the organiser today and told him that I know of twelve vintage caravans from our group who would like to exhibit their 'vans..... but I had to admit that I have been getting the impression that there could be more so........ in order to help them determine how much space they might have to allocate could everybody ( and this includes those on the meander leaving from Camden) who intend exhibiting their vintage caravan (built pre 1969) please copy the form and fire it off to them at your earliest convenience. Again.... you can get the form by clicking here. Cobber. There is more info on the rally and the registration requirements on the 2010 Vintage Caravans National thread. Don Ricardo

This is a invite to any vanners that will be travelling past our place from lake Goldsmiths on your way to the Nationals. You may camp in a lovely bush setting, no power but can provide toilets, and maybe a shower. No charge but we do have a great Olde time lolly shop here.! We hosted a vintage van weekend here last May. Check us out at www.olddadswelltown.com.au Just give us a call on 03 5359 5299 if you would like to stay. Max and Jenny Green.
