Dear Geoff, Anne and I would like to be the replacements. Please let me know who I owe money to, and how much. I assume that they have not cancelled the booking.
Just let me know the details. Michael.

hi all
there's been another cancellation and again the park has withheld the member's deposit, so if anyone else is joining us at kendall's, instead of contacting the park, please contact me and we'll have the deposit transferred to your name.
you can then arrange to pay your "deposit" to our member.

hi all, thought i'd give this a bit of a bump. there's still 2 prime spots open for this weekend, so now's your chance to jump in at grab a spot before they're taken up. maybe you've just bought a new van or just got your old one ready to roll and looking for a chance to try it out - well this is just the spot - great scenery, great local shopping, great local touring and not to mention some great company for the weekend. don't forget to contact me before you contact the van park so we can arrange to "shuffle" the deposit that's already paid on site 53. looking forward to seeing you all soon. geoff 'n jude

hi all
reddo has moved from site 49 onto site 53 so at the moment, there's still two site available in the "blocked area", sites 49 and 47.
if any latecomers are going to join us, please contact me before you contact the park so the "prepaid deposit" (now on site 49) can be transferred onto your booking.

Howdy all
Well, there's 19 of us down here in 11 vans and yesterday was a beautiful sunny day, we sat around in the sun having drinks and talking a bit of jibba-jabba.
Tea time can around so we all headed for the camp kitchen and by the time we'd had dinner, the weather had changed to rain and it hasn't looked back.
The forecast is for continuing rain so it looks like another "perfect" south coast vintage caravan weekend.
Oh we'll, it's still better than being stuck at home (I think).

Ps - the van leaks and the bed is wet (hope it 's from the leaking van).

Jennison Geoff n Jude Tooleys Aquamum Col and Sue Newcomers Ray and Sandy with their nice '65 Viscount Last year we stayed at Kendalls on the way home from Tathra. A Couple named Ivan and Sharon called in and we ended up about 8 doors up the road looking at their little Atlantic.. I remember thinking to my self... man they have got a bit of work to do there,,,, and .. they have done.. They bought the van down on Saturday morning... top job guys... Did I mention it rained.. I took a drive down to southnowra and then out to a little van park on the shoalhaven rivewr called "Gradys"... plan was to suss out a possible venue for an overnight stay on the way home from the Alps tour next year.. Came back to find the van park over run by the south side early holden car club Sun came out about 3 and a heap of cars turned up for a Kiwi wedding on the beach.. One of the wedding cars... managed to fit a couple of dry sunny happy hours in on Friday and Saturday... Big cook up in the camp kitchen then settled in to watch the footy .. All in all a great weekend... Thanks for the good company and laughs guys.. exactly 3 hours from Kendalls to Barnsvegas.... Still haven't seen a drop of the big wet we are suppose ta get.up here in Newcastle.. I guess I will have to wait for Coledale to experience crap weather again..... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Ying Tong Tiddle I po !!!! Regards Reddo

And then when the sun moved happy hour would migrate to where the sunny spot was. But the sun didn't always stay there either......... didn't matter . That little Atlantic was sort of special aye? …. but as another example of how tidy it was here's the original lino . Another special van to arrive was the 1965 very original one owned by Sandy and Ray The upholstery was spotless (with the help of a white vinegar/water mixture to remove a couple of water marks) It had a couple of unique features like.... The power point without a switch That showed a red light when something was plugged into it The bedside table was something else Saturday night at the Grand Hotel.... just for dinner, the band chased us out pretty quick when it started up Other photos I took I'll put in various other threads . Kendalls Beach is a top spot, regardless of the weather...... you should come next time Cobbers.

hi all a few more pics from kendall's beach. fivsies in the late sunshine woke up saturday morning to a bit of what the overnight rain left behind but a good fry-up takes away the sorrow got a bit smokey though saturday night at the local it's been said before but it's still better to be away with friends during bad weather than staying at home during good weather. (although it seems that every time we organise an "away", the bad weather comes along. see you at coledale - guaranteed to have weather , might be good or bad. geoff 'n jude
