Lakeside Country Resort, 50 Canns Road, Bedfordale, WA 6112, Western Australia. Not been there but from the website it looks heavenly......! like a story book. its now on my bucket list.

golfview you win, it is only 5 min from Mark T,s house and mine and yes my wife and i were given a surprise 40th wedding anniversary two day stay in april, it was very pleasant.

Thats great. thinking of visiting the beverley shed sometime in the next few years when the rug rats are a little bigger. will put it down.

I have borrowed this picture. I have been here numerous times with Hubby and its one of his favourite places to go, but never actually took a photo...... we will next time.
Anyway- where is it AND why is it significant. what was the legacy left behind?

hi harriet here . is it at Marrabel where the rodeo's are held in the mid north of Sth Aust. and the horse was one that could not be ridden.

I've seen it rain on the Rock.. When my twin sister and I were 17 and still on our P plates our parents let us take Herbie (the most unreliable of all the VW's we have... but we didn't know that when we bought him!) to Ayers Rock/Uluru.... and the day we were supposed to leave we got up and it was raining.... So we rang home.... and stayed another day so we could see it. It really does turn purple.... Worth being on the list!!
