From the 1959 Caravan and Touring Manual.... I can't find reference to the brand before or after 1959. I'm not sure.... in fact I have no idea what that is hanging off the off side Cobber.

jeeze cobber, you must be getting older than i thought.
that 'thing' hanging off the side is an open (right side) door.
it's presents itself as an optical illusion when you first look at it, but blink a couple of times and it will become obvious.
(sorry about the 'old age' wise crack).

1955 Sunlander caravan advertised on Ebay, August 2009:Comment by JBJ on 19 August 2009:"I had a look at this van a few weeks ago in Lismore.
"Apparently the present owners bought it from the original builder, who bought it as a shell kit from Sunlander in Sydney in 1955. It came with aluminium window frames, which would haver been amongst the first offered.
"...A lot of later bits are tacked on, but it looks a pretty repairable honest van, with a known history."
