Chapman Caravans, an Advertisement in “Caravan & Touring Manual 1959. In 1959 they were available in 12ft, 14ft, & 16ft and were were priced @ £695...£795.... £895 respectively.  Cobber. |

1956 Chapman advertisement and publicity:  Text for photo below: "Interior design of the standard Chapman caravan from Melbourne"    (Source: Keith Winser, Australian Caravan & Touring Manual for 1956, pp 94, 95, 104 & 81) The 1956 and 1959 models of Chapman caravans seem to have been very similar. One difference however was that the 1956 caravan had three windows at the front, whereas by 1959 this had become two windows, as shown in the first post on this thread.
