REGAL CARAVANS

The following photo of a Regal caravan appeared in an advertisement for the Caravan Centre in the 1958 edition of Winser (see full advertisement here).
At this point we have no further information about Regal caravans. A Victorian company began producing Regal caravans in the mid-1960's, but it seems reasonably safe to assume that there is no connection between the South Australian Regals and the Victorian vans. Several other caravan manufacturers also used 'Regal' as a model name, notably Chesney and Viscount, but again there is no connection between them and the above.
