Hi all, We don't know a lot about Ritter-van caravans apart from the 1958 advert and Pink Pages telephone directory entry shown at the beginning of this thread, which tell us that they were built in Rosewater, a suburb of Adelaide. However, the following advert published in the Melbourne Age on Friday, 29 November 1957 (page 19) reveals that Ritter-vans were also being sold in Melbourne in 1957: (Source: www.newspapers.com ) We don't know who the caravan dealer was at 340 Nicholson Street, Fitzroy, but they were obviously also an agent for Viscount. The Viscounts were most likely sourced from the Viscount factory in South Australian, although Viscount was also in the process of establishing a factory in Sydney at that point in time. Don Ricardo
